Are you ready to install your service line? See below!
Before digging your service line to connect to the SAFD2 main water line, your contractor must be aware of several items and conditions. Please fill out the SAFD2 Contractor Specification Form and send to safd2committee@gmail.com
- For Contractors: As a privately hired contractor for the SAFD2 phase II service line installation, you may be getting a lot of requests or questions regarding the ‘SAFD2 Contractor Specification Form.’ This form is required by SAFD2 for any connection. We understand it may seem redundant, but like all applications it is a necessary formality. As long as you have read, understand and follow the specifications, please feel free to pre-sign the form and send it to your customers. The customer/homeowner can fill out the remaining information and submit it to SAFD2. Please be sure to contact Jason Beaulac at 802-782-1652 before backfilling any connections.
