South Alburgh Fire District No. 2 accepts cash, money orders and checks. Electronic & Online payments coming soon!
- Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted in-person at the Village Clerk’s Office, Mon & Wed 9am-5pm and Friday 11am-2pm
- Checks and money orders should be made payable to the “South Alburgh Fire District No. 2”
- Checks can be mailed to 1 North Main St Suite 2 Alburgh, VT 05440
- A 24-hour drop box is located outside on the parking lot side of the Alburgh Municipal Building
Notice – All consumers will pay the quarterly base fee whether water is on or off.
Quarters are as follows:
December 1- Feb 28
March 1-May 31
June 1- August 31
September 1- November 30
Water Rates Adopted – June 24, 2026
- $250 Base Fee per ERU/ per quarter
- Usage Charge = $9.00 per 1,000 gallons/ per quarter
Connection Fees
- Water = $2500
PLEASE NOTE- Please do not block off access to water meters. Meters must be accessible at all times.
